In Toledo, Sherrod Brown Meets With Workers Ready To Hold Jon Husted Accountable

COLUMBUS, OH – Yesterday on the High Cost Husted tour, Sherrod Brown met with workers and members of the Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters in Toledo who are fed up with Jon Husted putting billionaires and corporations before working people.

“Workers are the economic engine of our state, but Jon Husted keeps putting corporations and special interests before them,” said Sherrod Brown. “Jon Husted has never met a billionaire he wouldn’t sell out to, and Ohioans are sick of it. They deserve a senator who will fight for them, not one who insults them and says that their ‘work ethic is broken.’ This November, Ohio will elect that fighter to the Senate.”
