Sherrod’s opponent, Congressman Jim Renacci, announced today that he raised $4.5 million in three months—the most any Republican candidate in a competitive Senate race raised in the first quarter of 2018.

Sherrod’s opponent, Congressman Jim Renacci, just announced he raised $4.5 million in three months.
That’s the most money any Republican candidate in a competitive Senate race raised in the first quarter of 2018.
It’s now clear that Congressman Renacci will have the money and resources to compete with Sherrod. The White House already threw their support behind him and special interest groups quickly fell in line. And as the race becomes more competitive — and more expensive — over the next few months, it’s absolutely critical that Sherrod has the resources he needs to fight back.
