What does college affordability mean to you? College affordability means the ability to pursue a degree for a future career, without being burdened by debt for the foreseeable future.

What do you see as the biggest issues students face right now? One of the most dangerous aspects of the Trump Presidency is his appointments, particularly those to the Supreme Court. A woman’s right to choose, affirmative action, voting rights, and healthcare are all at stake. While students face immediate issues too, Trump’s Supreme Court nominations will turn back the clock on our civil rights for the rest of our lives.

Why are you excited to vote for Sherrod this fall? A vote for Sherrod Brown is a vote to protect my rights as a member of the LGBTQ community and as a woman. Moreover, a vote for Senator Brown is a promise to keep fighting for the the middle class, to make gains toward an equitable minimum wage, and to protect the rights of unions for now, and the future.
