All I can say right now is wow. Thanks to you, we hit our goal and raised more than $1 million online from 46,392 individuals, one $26 contribution at a time.

We couldn’t have reached this milestone without your hard work.

Your support will go a long way: The money we raised will go directly towards keeping our ads on the air, and ensuring we have the resources to knock on as many doors — and talk to as many voters — as we possibly can.

With just 36 days (!) until Election Day, this team is full speed ahead towards the finish line. Here’s what we’ve been up to in the past month:

We celebrated the dignity of work at Labor Day events throughout the state.

We spoke up for working families alongside President Obama and Ohio’s next governor and lieutenant governor, Rich Cordray and Betty Sutton, at a packed rally in Cleveland.

We met some amazing supporters in communities all over the state. Getting to hear so many of your stories is a powerful reminder of why it’s crucial we keep fighting for all Ohioans — no matter your zip code or line of work.

And with the deadline to register to vote rapidly approaching, we focused on making sure as many people as possible have a chance to make their voices heard this November.

There are only 9 days until Ohioans head to the polls. I’m confident that with this team’s energy and enthusiasm, we have what it takes to come out ahead — no matter what obstacles the other side places in our way.

Today, let’s celebrate all that this team has achieved, as we gear up for these next few weeks. Then, let’s get back to work and finish strong.
