Members of Congress:
This election cycle is shaping up to be one of the most expensive our country has ever seen.
The Koch brothers have pledged to spend almost a billion dollars to buy our elections. Ted Cruz raised $36 million from just 6 donors. And last year, Jeb Bush actually sent a memo to his supporters telling them to stop writing so many million dollar checks.
This is not how our democracy is supposed to work.
We need to end the corrosive influence of money on our campaign finance system and that means ending Citizens United.
