A federal court is hearing a case orchestrated by Republicans that could eliminate the Affordable Care Act. If they’re successful, it would threaten the health care of 20 million Americans, including patients with pre-existing conditions; it would increase the number of uninsured to 65%; and it would prevent 5.5 million young adults from staying on their parents’ health insurance.
