Eleven Senate Republicans are planning to object to the certification of the election results that will officially make Joe Biden the next president of the United States.
It’s a dangerous attack on our democracy. Senate Republicans should do the right thing and stand up to Trump’s persistent false claims of election fraud and his flagrant attempts to undermine our free and fair elections. Instead, they’re choosing to stand with Trump rather than uphold their sworn oath to our Constitution.
