Steve Bannon is the former head of Breitbart News. He’s a leader in the extreme alt-right wing of the Republican Party. His racist, misogynist, anti-Semitic, dangerous viewpoints have emboldened white supremacists and threatened the safety of many Americans.
And now he’s a senior advisor to President-elect Donald Trump.
President-elect Trump said he wants to be a president for “all Americans.” He can’t do that by bringing the same hateful, divisive rhetoric of the campaign to the White House.
