Ohio coal miners worked hard in dangerous jobs with the promise that they would have healthcare when they retired. But now, thanks to Washington gridlock, that promise is under threat. If Congress fails to act this week more than 20,000 retired miners and widows will be kicked off of the coverage they earned.
