When Tea Partiers attack Planned Parenthood, they’re attacking the 2.7 million men, women, and children who rely on Planned Parenthood clinics for vital health care services.
When they threaten to defund Planned Parenthood, they’re threatening to strip funds for 400,000 cancer screenings; 500,000 breast exams; and 4.5 million STI tests every year.
Stripping Planned Parenthood funds is another attempt by Tea Partiers in Congress to put themselves between women and their doctors. We have to stop them.
