Benton Ridge Telephone Co. to receive stimulus $
WFIN – A local utility company will receive over 3-million dollars in federal stimulus money to expand broadband access in the area.
US Senator Sherrod Brown Thursday announced Benton Ridge Telephone Company will use the money to extend fiber-optic connections to the village.

Brown estimates the state could generate over 5-billion dollars in economic activity, and create or protect 96-thousand jobs statewide.
