Brown to hold ‘tele-townhall meeting’
cincinnati.com – ProgressOhio is inviting state voters to a noontime ‘tele-townhall meeting’ on Tuesday where Sen. Sherrod Brown will speak about the continuing debate on health care reform in Congress.
“This will be an opportunity to hear first hand the current state of the health care reform bill in congress, and ask the Senator questions,” says Brian Rothenberg, executive director of the liberal grassroots organization.
Rothenberg is asking interested Ohioans to sign up on at ProgressOhio.org to receive instructions on how to dial in to the planned conference call on Tuesday at noon. If you can’t make that date, the group’s website has a box available where you can write in a question for Brown, a Democrat.
