Government to offer small-business info at workshop
Dayton Daily News – DAYTON — Representatives of several federal agencies will attend a workshop on Oct. 22 to provide information about opportunities for small businesses and minority-owned companies.
Officials of the Internal Revenue Service, Small Business Administration, U.S. Export Assistance Center and Department of Agriculture are to attend the session at Sinclair Community College from 3 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 22, said U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, who has scheduled the workshop and others around the state. The Dayton workshop is scheduled in Sinclair’s Ponitz Center at 444 W. Third St. in downtown Dayton.
