Mansfield News Journal – MANSFIELD — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, visited the city Tuesday to highlight a provision in the new health law modeled on the experience of local health workers.

The Community Health Access Project began in Mansfield in 1999 and expanded to rural Knox County in February 2000. Brown used CHAP's success for a provision he added in health reform legislation passed this year.
