Ohio Democrats unhappy with Obama’s tax deal
Columbus Dispatch – Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, appears to be leaning against President Barack Obama's tax-cut compromise with Republicans, despite Brown's support for extending unemployment benefits, because he opposes extending the tax cuts for wealthier Americans.
When asked in an interview today how he would vote, Brown replied, "I don't know yet. I'm very unhappy with it. It's a bad deal, bad for the economy. It think it could have been done so much better. It blows a huge hole in the budget.''
