WTAM – (Cleveland)- In a time when major cities are seeing lower property tax collections and rising debt, Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown is looking to help plug the gap affecting so many city budgets.

He will soon introduce the "Local Jobs for America Act" which would provide $75 billion in capital to help cities retain police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and teachers in some cases.
