Mansfield News Journal – MANSFIELD — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, will visit the Mansfield Community Health Access Project at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Ocie Hill Neighborhood Center, 445 Bowman St., to highlight a provision in the new health law that is modeled on the work of Richland County community health workers.

CHAP began in Mansfield in 1999 and expanded to rural Knox County in February 2000.
