Dayton Daily News – U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, on Monday introduced a resolution to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, negotiated at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

The peace talks ended years or ethnic warfare in which thousands were killed and more than two million displaced in Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia, a press release said.
