Senator Sherrod Brown Receives Special Award
WMFD – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown not only served as the keynote speaker at the 3rd Annual Truman-Kennedy Society Breakfast held at the First United Methodist Church in Shelby this past weekend, he also was the recipient of a special award.
Senator Brown received the "Give 'Em Hell" award with former Shelby City Councilwoman Patricia Carlisle being give the "Profiles in Courage" award.
The Truman-Kennedy Society Breakfast is sponsored by the Shelby Area Democratic Club.
