Mansfield News Journal – MANSFIELD — Children were all smiles Saturday as the Third Street Community Clinic celebrated National Health Center Week by giving away 600 book bags.

The Mansfield-Richland County Health Department gave immunizations, and hot dogs and popcorn were served. Kroger, whose pharmacy provides discount medications for clinic patients through a federal program, gave out meters and supplies to diabetics.
