Wheeling Intelligencer – Flushing Committee are taking to the streets to protest the U.S. Postal Service's closing of the post office over the summer.

The committee plans to have a float in Flushing's Christmas parade, set for 11 a.m. Saturday. They will be in the back of a pick-up truck decorated with American flags and signs with messages about the matter, said Sandy Kidd, a Flushing Committee member.
