Bipartisan task force to lobb for Coda plant, green energy projects
Columbus Business First – A bipartisan group of high-profile politicos has formed a new task force whose first job is to drum up support for Coda Automotive Inc.’s proposed battery plant in Columbus.
Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman and Congressman Pat Tiberi will be chairmen of the task force, which also includes Gov. John Kasich, U.S. Sens. Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman, and Congressmen Steve Stivers and Steve Austria. Coleman and Brown are Democrats while the others are Republicans.
