Brown wants big oil held accountable
WDTN – Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown is demanding that the attorney general crackdown on the oil industry.
He wants oil executives and traders to be held accountable for high prices at the pump.
Brown unveiled two bills Thursday that he calls NO-PEC.
The bills basically empower the Justice Department to prosecute big oil companies that spike energy prices unnecessarily.
