Morning Journal – Lorain County ranked seventh among Ohio’s 88 counties for more than 1,700 workers in companies affected by foreign trade, according to a report by Sen. Sherrod Brown’s office.

Brown and representatives Marcy Kaptur and Betty Sutton were among the legislators lining up to oppose new proposed trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama. Congressional voting is expected this week on those new pacts.
