ONU President’s last commencement ceremony
WLIO – The close of one chapter of life and the beginning of another for more than 600 Ohio Northern University graduates. Many are anxiously awaiting to take the next big step in their lives, but sad to leave it all behind.
Not just students underwent a major transition today. This will be Dr. Kendall Baker’s last commencement ceremony as president.
As President Baker felt the excitement of his last convocation, students felt excitement for their special speaker: Senator Sherrod Brown. Senator Brown addressed who he called “the future of the state,” encouraging them through one of the worst economic times.
