The News-Herald – U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown and Fred P. Hochberg, chairman and president of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, were in Mentor Monday to visit STERIS Corp. and to attend a forum for regional small businesses.
Brown, D-Ohio, said that Ohio is the third largest manufacturing state, only trailing California and Texas.
“We wanted to come to STERIS because this is a great company and are in the midst of creating 200 to 300 jobs in the next coming years,” Brown said.
