Two county fire departments to get grant money
Morning Journal – LORAIN COUNTY — Two Lorain County fire departments will each be awarded a share of a $2,171,968 in grants courtesy of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Assistance to Firefighters program.
The office of Sen. Sherrod Brown announced yesterday the Elyria Township Fire Department will get $185,378 and the Rochester Volunteer Fire Department will receive $238,070.
