Gas prices inch toward $4 a gallon

A report by the trade commission estimates that Wall Street speculation adds 56 cents on to every gallon of gasoline.
Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) says Congress has given the federal government the legal tools to go after these speculators.
“Just the threat of the government taking action against these Wall Street speculators could, I would hope, mean some relief for people driving in Austintown and Youngstown and Niles and Girard,” said Senator Brown.
