Sen. Brown presses FDA for answers on dog treats
Agra-Net – Following complaints from dozens of Ohioans with sick or deceased dogs, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) says he is pressing FDA for a response to concern about tainted chicken jerky treats made in China.
Brown asked FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg last month to find the contaminant and pull the products from store shelves.
