Sen. Brown Proposes Bill to Regulate Oil Speculation

Sen. Brown has proposed legislation that would develop regulations to limit the ability of investors to distort gasoline prices by betting on the future costs.
To strengthen his point, the senator pointed to a recent study that suggests excessive Wall St. speculation adds more than 50 cents to each gallon of gasoline.
