Sen. Sherrod Brown Stops by Zanesville
WHIZ – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown stopped by Zanesville on Monday to unveil a new jobs initiative.
Brown spoke at the Muskingum County Business Incubator about his effort to promote economic development across Ohio. The senator said he has introduced legislation that would create and support business incubators in hard-hit regions of the state.
“Ohio is known nationally as maybe the number one state for incubators,” said Brown. “What Carol Humphreys has done here with TicketCrush.com and other small start-ups, it gives people a chance that probably wouldn’t have had the tools to start a business or the resources that this incubator gives them.”
