It’s official: Sherrod will be facing Congressman Jim Renacci in November.
This won’t be an easy race: Renacci has the backing of Washington Republicans, the Trump White House, and wealthy special interest groups. They’ll undoubtedly do whatever they can—and spend whatever they can—to defeat Sherrod this fall. We can’t let that happen.

Access to affordable healthcare and funding for Planned Parenthood is at risk.
Medicare and Social Security are being targeted.
This is a close race. One recent poll showed us losing ground. The NRSC is already attacking me. If we’re going to win in November, we need to hit every fundraising goal between now and then—we’re counting on you.
